Studio Policy

• • Retainer Fee: A non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required to secure your approved session booking date and time slot.
  • Final Balance: The remaining service balance must be paid in full on the scheduled day of the photo shoot.

• • Client Notice: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session forfeit the retainer fee.
  • Rescheduling Limit: Clients may request one complimentary date modification up until 7 days before the shoot. If a client requests a date change within the final 7 days leading up to the session, the original retainer is protected, but a €50.00 late-change fee must be paid to lock in the new date.
  • Weather Clause: For outdoor sessions, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule if active rain, storms, or hazardous conditions occur.

• Artistic Style: The client agrees that the session will be edited according to the photographer’s established portfolio aesthetic. No unedited RAW files will be delivered.
• Delivery Windows: Finished digital galleries will be delivered within 7 to 15 days, depending on the chosen service package.
